Thrilling Sterndrive Power

The SLX 280 is propelled by a 350-horsepower Mercury® MerCruiser® 6.2L MPI ECT engine with a Bravo Three® drive. For remarkable performance, the sport boat includes integrated SmartCraft® technology and Digital Throttle & Shift (DTS) controls.

The SLX 280's interior is designed for optimal space, comfort, and functionality. It features deep ergonomic seating, integrated storage areas, and a transom locker and floor compartment for gear. The transom sunpad includes an integrated cooler, and the broad swim platform with an optional submersible step allows easy water access.

The SLX 280's plush U-shaped bow presents a relaxing place for you and your guests to socialize. With the optional anchor bundle, the bow can be upgraded to add a stainless steel anchor, windlass, rope and chain.

Illuminating Features

After dark, LED lights and courtesy lighting illuminate the SLX 280 from bow to stern for an extended day on the water. LED RGB-W color-changing lighting is available with the Lighting Bundle to add a playful pop of color or set the mood for nighttime cruises. For a feature that’s sure to impress guests, select both the Lighting Bundle and the Power Tower to enhance the cockpit with a projection light that shines the Sea Ray logo onto the floor.

Effortless Control and Navigation

Captaining is simplified aboard the SLX 280 with intuitive controls and smart technologies. The helm is equipped with a standard dual Digital Dash with 9″ Simrad® NSX® touchscreen displays, CZone® digital switching, Active Trim control & monitoring, Mercury Marine® SmartCraft® Connect, and more. The helm is designed to keep the Fusion® audio system and other controls easily within reach. As part of the Entertainment Bundle, there’s also an inductive charging station conveniently located near the helm.

Sun Coverage

Stay dry and cool aboard the SLX 280 with an optional Bimini top or next-generation Power Tower. The Power Tower can be electrically lowered or raised and offers a sporty canvas top and an extendable sunshade. A manual bow sunshade is also available.

5 year factory warranty

Sea Ray SURPA5S+ provides five years of bow-to-stern factory warranty on the boat and its components++ from defects in materials to workmanship. In addition to the five-year bow-to-stern coverage, all Sport Boats+ have a Limited Lifetime Structural Hull / Deck Warranty to the Original Owner.
