Tampa bay. Lake Superior. The St. Johns River. Wherever you watch the sun rise you’re likely to find a Yamaha In-Line Four. They’re perfect for all kinds of water—and boaters. For more than a decade Yamaha In-Line Fours have been the go-to for boaters who need light, nimble,  compact power. The F200 and F150 are available in mechanical, digital with integrated steering, and now Power-Assisted Tiller models. Their proven reliability, unparalleled performance, and versatile technology make them perfect for a broad range of boat styles, hulls, and applications. It’s no wonder that year after year, Yamaha’s In-Line Fours increase in popularity.

    200 HP
With impressive power-to-weight, volumetric efficiency, and integrated steering, this In-Line Four is the perfect, lightweight 200-hp solution for small- to medium-size boats. Its unique Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) improves intake and exhaust efficiency and boosts torque throughout the rev range.

    • Comes with integrated electro-hydraulic steering for digital models and integrated hydraulic steering for mechanical models
    • Runs on economical 89 octane
    • Only 525 pounds (20” shaft DEC model)
    • 20” or 25” shaft options
    • 50-amp alternator provides plenty of power for onboard electronics
    • Digital F200 available in signature Yamaha gray, pearlescent white, and classic white
    • Mechanical F200 available in signature Yamaha gray

    Features may include:

    Impressive Power-to-Weight

    • A proven 16-valve DOHC In-Line design, with four valves per cylinder maximizes efficiency and power. It also streamlines design, giving the F200 impressive power-to-weight.

    Optimum Power

    • Precision Multi-Point Electronic Fuel Injection and long-track intake system combine to maximize power and fuel efficiency across the line of In-Line Fours.

    Better Charging

    • With up to 50-amp alternators, our In-Line Fours provide plenty of power for a range of electronics, which comes in handy, now that they're all compatible with digital controls.

    Quick Acceleration

    • A 10mm Offset Crankshaft allows for larger intake volume design. Four tuned intake tubes boost torque in low and mid-speed ranges for quick acceleration.

    Powerful Hole Shot

    • The Composite Intake Manifold is a lightweight, compact design, making these engines very versatile. Long Tube Intake Tracks are tuned to increase airflow, boosting low-end and midrange torque. This means a more powerful hole shot and increased acceleration. Even with all this responsive power, an air silencer box and surge tank reduce air intake noise and air turbulence for smoother operation.
