2023 Skater 308

For those that like the user-friendly attributes of an outboard boat but want to step up into the 30’+ size range, the 308 Skater is the boat to have. It has all the great performance qualities of the venerable 28, in a scaled-up package that   provides a more comfortable ride in rougher waters. The sleek deck fairing with raiseable windshields at the touch of a button provide the best of both worlds – wind in your face good times when you want it, and protection from the wind when you need it. The cockpit has seating for 5, with a large molded-in rear hatch for storage in the back. Mercury Racing’s venerable 400Rs are the motors of choice for this model, providing speeds of up to 120mph and a range of over 500 miles with the standard 100-gallon fuel tanks. The 308 raised the bar for outboard powered catamarans, and with today’s new outboards is even better than ever.
